How items are made
Three supply models, stated per item
One quotation can combine items made in different ways. The quotation states the model of every line once it is confirmed for that item — never by default. A product page names a model only after it has been confirmed for that product; until then it says the model is confirmed in the quotation.
In-house production
The item is made in a production unit of OGAR Defence or its group. Used only where that production is confirmed for the specific item.
Contract manufacturing
A qualified partner manufacturer makes the item to the agreed specification. We manage specification, sample approval, inspection points and delivery.
Sourced supply
The item is an existing product of an established manufacturer. We handle selection, documentation and logistics, and pass on the manufacturer’s documents.
Process
From request to delivery
Five steps, with a clear output at each one.
Request
You send the items, quantities with units, destination and any specification or standard.
Technical clarification
We confirm materials, sizes, options, documents and packaging, and list what still needs a decision.
Quotation
An itemised quotation with the supply model of each line and any open points.
Sample & approval
Where the item needs it, a pre-production sample is approved before production or purchase starts.
Delivery
Production or purchase, inspection as agreed, packing and shipment on the agreed terms.
Evidence
How to verify what we offer
This website does not show certificates, test results, client names or capacity figures until they have been verified for the specific product. Instead, ask for the evidence that matters to your purchase:
- the technical datasheet and material composition of the item;
- an approved pre-production sample;
- test reports, where they exist for that exact item, or the testing route your tender requires;
- for sourced items, the original manufacturer’s documentation.
Where a document does not exist yet, the quotation says so.
Group
Part of Rago Industries
OGAR is RAGO spelled backwards. OGAR Defence is the brand of Rago Industries for military products: it brings together the group’s textile and medical activities with its founder’s earlier experience in military products, and focuses them on defence, security and field buyers.
Questions buyers ask
Do you sell to individuals?
No. OGAR Defence prepares quotations only for companies and institutions: importers, distributors, procurement teams, contractors and organisations running security, field or humanitarian projects.
Do you manufacture every product yourselves?
Not necessarily. The route depends on the item: in-house production where it is confirmed for that item, contract manufacturing, or supply from an established manufacturer. The quotation states the route of each line once it is confirmed.
What should a first request include?
The items, quantities with units, destination country, a target delivery date if you have one, and your specification or the standard the item must meet. You can attach up to three files.
Can several product areas be combined in one request?
Yes. Add items from different areas to your quote list and send them together; the quotation lists each item separately.
Send us your requirement
Items, quantities and your specification are enough to start. Every request receives a reference number.
