Quality and documentation
Quality is agreed per item before production or purchase begins: the specification, the approved sample and the agreed inspection points become the reference for delivery. This page lists the documents to expect at each stage.

Certificates and test reports
A certificate or test result appears on this website only after it has been verified for the product concerned. Until then, nothing is listed — an empty list is deliberate, not an omission.
If your tender requires specific tests or standards, name them in your request. For each item the quotation then states one of three things: a matching report exists, a report can be obtained from the manufacturer, or new testing at an accredited laboratory would be needed.
Export and end-use information
Depending on the item and the destination, export rules may apply in Türkiye and in the destination country. For such items we ask for end-user information during clarification, and the quotation states any licence or document needed before shipment.

Which certifications do you hold?
No certificate is listed on this website yet. Certificates are added only after verification for the relevant product or facility. Ask about the specific certificate your tender requires.
Can an independent inspection company check the goods?
If your order requires independent inspection, state it in your request so that it is included in the quotation and the inspection plan.
What is the quality reference at delivery?
The agreed specification and, where a sample was approved, the approved sample.
